Acme Holdings Berhad (“Acme”) 198901012432 (189740-X) is listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia since 1st April 2009. Acme’s existing issued and paid-up share capital is RM218.488 million. Its wholly owned core subsidiaries are Supportive Technology Sdn Bhd and Welcome Properties Sdn Bhd.

Supportive Technology Sdn. Bhd. is one of the leading one-stop OEM & ODM of plastic and wooden audio speakers systems in Malaysia. Supportive Technology Sdn. Bhd. is strategically located in Taman Ria Jaya Industrial Estate, Sungai Petani, Kedah which is just about 45 minutes drive from the Bayan Lepas International Airport in Penang and 30 minutes from the Butterworth Deep Sea Wharf, Penang. This wholly-owned Malaysian company began operations on 12 January 1994 with a start up capital of RM1 million. With just 5 plastic injection moulding machines, the company gradually grew, adding more machines into its facility and systematically increasing its range of services.

With its continual growth, the company eventually required more room for its manufacturing activities. Thus, in 1998, Supportive Technology Sdn. Bhd. underwent its first expansion, integrating a 4,286 sqm. Factory building into its original premise (Supportive Factory 1) at Taman Ria Jaya.

Reputation of Supportive Technology Sdn. Bhd. as a reliable and comprehensive OEM & ODM, enhanced by its attainment of numerous certifications for management and product quality, enabled it to penetrate the lucrative export market. Three years later, the company was ready for its second expansion. Supportive Factory 2, located just 1 1⁄2 km from the old factory, has a total built-up area of 17,512 sqm. Apart from plastic injection moulding, fabrication, mounting, auto-spray, assembly and warehousing, Supportive Factory 2 is integrated with a woodworking division to meet the growing demand for wooden audio speakers systems. Supportive Factory 2 is also the current seat of administration for the company and 150 employees.

Today, although its core business is manufacturing plastic and wooden audio speakers systems, Supportive Technology is also involved in manufacturing products such as home and house ware products such as kitchenware and toys etc. Comprehensive knowledge and one-stop facilities of Supportive Technology Sdn. Bhd. make it an expert in the mass production of quality plastic or wooden products.
